Geranium hybrid (G. sanguineum x psilostemon). Each plant makes a 2' wide clump of cutleaf green foliage, 10" tall, topped all summer with the 1" lavender flowers. Also sold in the USA under the name 'Rolf Royce' (Plantsman Sept. 2006)
